Hi, I'm Dr. Olga Kilstein, PsyD
I'm honored you're here. Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and I know it can feel overwhelming. My hope is that, as you explore my practice, you'll get a sense of not only how I work, but also what it might feel like to work together.
I became a psychologist because I've always been fascinated by people—how we form relationships, how our early experiences shape us, and how change becomes possible even after years of feeling stuck. Over the years I've worked with individuals, couples and families navigating anxiety, mood changes, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum adjustment, grief and major life transitions.
What I love most about this work is watching people reconnect with themselves and the people they care about. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. Every person has a unique story, and I tailor our work together based on your goals, strengths and pace. Therapy isn't about “fixing” you—because I don't believe you're broken. It's about understanding what's getting in the way and creating space for new ways of living and relating to emerge.
My Practice Philosophy
I draw from evidence‑based therapies while integrating warmth, curiosity and a respect for your individuality. Whether you're dealing with daily stressors or facing a major life change, we'll work together to identify what matters most to you and develop practical strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.
Who I Work With
I provide therapy for adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, family conflict, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, parenting concerns, grief and life transitions. I also offer couples therapy and parenting consultations.
If you're unsure whether therapy is right for you, or whether I'm the right fit, I encourage you to reach out. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have and help you make an informed decision.
